Considering all the other hotels and guest houses we’ve stayed in Nepal, this is by far the best. The staffs are very friendly and helpful and the hotel itself is very warm and welcoming. It has the best quality rooms, services, food and hygiene. The rooms are also very new, clean and comfortable. Overall this hotel contributed making our trip to Nepal very pleasant. We will defiantly book this hotel on our next visit and will also recommend it to our friends.
The hotel’s highlight is by far its friendly and cooperative staffs. They were helpful and friendly above and beyond protocol. They really went out of their way to be helpful and make our stay pleasant. We even hung out with them.
At last but not the least, I can say that Hotel Horizon is probably the best budget hotel in Nepal, the best price hotel in Nepal and the most affordable hotel in Nepal
every moment in the hotel was blissful felt like i was part of the hotels family was treated real good like i never been treated in a hotel before. all the staff were very friendly owner and his family treated me as if i was 1 of them. rooms were very clean the only place in (Katmandu i did not see a rat or cockroach) and i stayed at the Katmandu guest house 1st and it had nothing on hotel horizon plus it was 250$ a night at Katmandu guest house. my big deluxe room in hotel horizon was better cheaper cleaner only 20$ love you all at hotel horizon will be back.

I travel to Nepal quite a bit and Hotel Horizon is a quiet, friendly place to stay. The staff were more than helpful and the room quiet, ideal for families, single travellers or couples.
Lovely garden to sit in at night., a peaceful oasis away from the maddening crowd. Free wifi access was available in reception or the garden which was an added bonus.
